As a reminder, the Hampton Chase HOA Board requires all homeowners to submit an Architectural Change Request Form before beginning any exterior home improvements.
This requirement applies to all modifications or replacements, including but not limited to windows, doors, roofing, decks, garages, and driveways. The necessary form can be found under the Documents menu on our website. Please download and submit your completed request to homeownersassociation@hamptonchase.org.
