As the Independence Day holiday approaches, the Board of Directors wishes to remind all Association members and residents that the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited within the community. For the safety of our residents and property, the discharge of hazardous fireworks—including but not limited to Roman candles, bottle rockets, and firecrackers—is forbidden in all common areas, streets, and parking lots.
The use of handheld sparklers is permitted, provided they are operated safely under adult supervision. Please note that violations of this policy, or confirmed resident complaints, may result in monetary fines.
