The Hampton Chase community will host a neighborhood yard sale on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Promotional signage will be placed near the mailboxes, around key locations in the Hampton Chase area, and at local community boards by our Board Treasurer, Toni Hoopes.
To maintain community aesthetics and ensure neighborhood safety, please ensure all unsold items are removed promptly after the event. Leaving items along the street or sidewalk is strictly prohibited. Unsold items intended for disposal may be placed at the curb on the following Thursday evening for Friday morning trash collection.
